Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Gingko Lab collects and uses data when you use the Call Blocker application.
Data collected
Call Blocker uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google) solely for crash reporting. The following anonymous technical data may be collected:
- Device model, operating system version, and orientation
- RAM and storage size
- Network operator (from country and network code)
- Network type (Wi-Fi, LTE, 4G, etc.)
- Country (from anonymized IP address)
- Language and regional settings
- Battery level and charging status
- Application version and foreground/background state
- A pseudonymous app instance identifier
What we do NOT collect
- Your phone contacts or address book
- Incoming or outgoing phone numbers
- Call history or blocked call logs (stored only on your device)
- Any personally identifiable information
All call filtering happens locally on your device. No call data is sent to any server.
Purpose of data collection
The crash data collected via Firebase is used exclusively to:
- Detect and fix application bugs
- Improve app performance and stability
This information is strictly anonymous and cannot be used to identify any individual. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
Data retention
Crash data is retained for up to 90 days. Navigation analytics data may be retained for up to 14 months, as per Firebase's standard retention policy.
