General Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions
- GTCS: this General Terms and Conditions of Sale document.
- Gingko Lab: the publishing company, a SARL with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Bordeaux Trade Register under number 947665519, with its registered office at 7 Allée de Chartres, 33000 Bordeaux, France.
- Application: the Call Blocker mobile application, available for free download from the Google Play Store.
- User: any individual using the Call Blocker mobile application.
- Google / Play Store: Google company, its subsidiaries, services, and the Android app distribution platform.
2. Purpose
These GTCS establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by a User to a paid offer in the Application.
3. Acceptance
Any subscription to a paid offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the current GTCS.
4. Subscription to Paid Offers
Subscriptions to paid offers are completed exclusively from the Application using Google's integrated in-app purchase system. A purchased product is valid on all devices using the same Google account and compatible with the Application.
5. Description of the Paid Offer
The personalized blocking feature is available as a one-time purchase with no time limitation (lifetime access).
6. Pricing
The price charged corresponds to the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are set using Google's pricing grids and already include applicable taxes and platform commission. Prices may change at any time; such changes do not affect purchases already made.
7. Payment and Billing
7.1 Payment
Payments are processed through Google's integrated in-app purchase system. No banking information is shared with Gingko Lab. If a transaction is not approved by Google, the purchase will not be confirmed. Gingko Lab cannot be held liable for issues arising from Google's payment system or force majeure.
7.2 Refunds
Lifetime purchases are generally final. However, Users may request a refund in certain situations including: unauthorized transactions, accidental purchases, or non-delivery of the purchased product. Refund requests are handled by Google on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue, please also contact us via the in-app contact feature.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
Gingko Lab cannot be held liable for failures due to Google's payment system or events classified as force majeure. The publisher strives to ensure continuous access but cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.
9. Amendments
These GTCS are effective as of August 11, 2025. Gingko Lab reserves the right to modify them at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these GTCS is found to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed unwritten without affecting the remaining provisions. Any claims must be submitted via the in-app contact feature. These GTCS are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Bordeaux, absent an amicable resolution.
