Each of the terms below shall have the following meaning in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS):
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by a User to a paid offer on the Application.
Any subscription to a paid offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the current GTCS.
The subscription to paid offers is carried out exclusively from the Application using Google’s integrated system.
A product from an offer subscribed to via this system is valid on all devices using the same Google account, compatible with the Application, and whose features are accessible on this platform.
The personalized blocking feature, as described in the Terms of Use, is available for purchase. This offer is a one-time purchase with no time limitation.
The price charged for an item sold through the Application corresponds to the price displayed at the time of purchase by the User. Prices are established using Google’s pricing grids and already include applicable taxes as well as the platform’s commission.
Prices may be subject to change at any time, either by Gingko Lab or by Google.
In the case of one-time purchases, such changes do not affect purchases already made, and Gingko Lab is under no obligation to notify Users.
Payments are processed through Google’s integrated in-app purchase system, which manages the entire transaction and only communicates the transaction status to the Application. No banking information is ever shared with the publisher of the Application. The payment provider may have its own terms and conditions, which we recommend reviewing before completing any transaction. If the transaction is not approved by the provider, the User’s purchase will not be confirmed.
Gingko Lab cannot be held liable for any issues in the execution of the transaction arising from Google’s payment system or from events classified as force majeure.
According to the Play Store policies, purchases of lifetime offers are final and non-refundable. However, Users may request a refund in certain situations, including but not limited to:
If the User experiences an issue and is unable to access the purchased service, we encourage them to contact Gingko Lab using the in-app contact feature.
The refund request is made through Google support. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by Google without any influence from Gingko Lab.
Gingko Lab cannot be held liable for any failure to fulfill an order resulting from Google’s payment system or any event classified as force majeure.
The publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the Application but cannot be held responsible for any interruptions or temporary unavailability, particularly in cases of maintenance or force majeure.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 11, 2025. Gingko Lab reserves the right to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes.
If any part of the Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed unwritten without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply.
Any claims must be submitted via the contact feature available within the Application.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the formation, execution, or interpretation of the Terms and/or a Subscription, jurisdiction is expressly assigned to the competent courts of Bordeaux, unless an amicable resolution is reached.
